What’s Your Dream this Year?

An Exciting Year lies ahead!

Exciting — because you have a blank sheet to paint whatever you want. Exciting — because you have the unlimited potential as the top of God’s creation. And He doesn’t make junk.

It’s never too late to Dream if you have not started. I’m NOT talking about New Year resolutions. Resolutions, while good, are often created by your Mind that is critical of you and your capabilities. So it tends to become a logical list of do’s and don’ts.

Dreams are made of a different stuff. It’s created by the Heart in your inner person and spirit that comes with powerful emotions.

But often the heart is held back by a mind that is critical or even negative about ourselves. Our minds often cast doubts and perpetuates many limiting inner beliefs.

“I am not good enough.” “That’s not for me.” “Good things don’t happen to me.” “Winning is not for me.” “I’m a loser.” “Winning is not everything.”

Stop it. Change that mind and thinking that is wrongly critical of you. It is doing that because it has been trained by the negative words and circumstances that surround us from young. Correct it. Teach and re-train your mind to think and say good things about you. Start right now!

Then let your heart go free to dream the good desires and the bigger things in life that will make a difference to you and your loved ones. If it doesn’t excite you and also make you cry, it’s probably a small “dreamlet”! It’s alright if, initially, it feels a bit extreme and crazy. That’s what dreams are made of. If it’s very normal and easily reached, you are probably operating at the boring status quo level. Each year is pretty much a re-run of the last year. Step out and step up.

With the blank sheets we have at the start of each year, let’s paint the Best Picture of our Lives this year.  See, dream and feel what that picture will look like for us.

Then make the Decisions that go with your dream. And take the massive Actions to make it happen. Your direction will shift and your destiny will change towards your dream.
